Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Ventures, LLC ("Agentic Ventures, LLC", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Splicewire service (the "Service"), available at https://splicewire.ai. Splicewire is offered as a private beta to invited customers.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the people and organizations who use the Service (our "Customers" and their authorized users) and to the data we process on their behalf, including data we access from third-party systems a Customer connects to the Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When a Customer is onboarded, we collect identifying information such as names, email addresses, and organization details needed to provision and secure the account.
Connection credentials
When you connect a third-party system (for example QuickBooks Online, Unleashed Inventory, or Airtable), we receive and store the OAuth tokens or credentials that authorize access to that system. These are stored encrypted and are used only to perform operations you authorize. They are never exposed to the AI agents that use the Service.
Data from your connected systems
To fulfill the operations you or your authorized agents direct, the Service accesses data in your connected systems — for example accounting records, inventory, contacts, and similar business records. We process this data to carry out the requested operation and to maintain an audit record of it.
Operational and audit data
We record metadata about the operations performed through the Service — such as which operation ran, when, by which agent or user, and whether it succeeded — to provide the audit trail, secure the Service, enforce limits, and diagnose problems.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- To execute the specific operations you or your authorized agents direct;
- To enforce authorization policies, operation allowlists, and rate limits;
- To maintain audit records of operations performed through the Service;
- To communicate with you about your account and the beta program; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data, or the data of your connected accounts, for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Intuit / QuickBooks Online data
Where you connect QuickBooks Online, the Service accesses your QuickBooks data through Intuit's official API and uses it solely to perform the operations you or your authorized agents direct and to maintain the related audit record. We do not use QuickBooks data for any advertising purpose and we do not sell it. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which revokes the Service's access; you may also request deletion of stored QuickBooks data as described below.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that operate our infrastructure under contract — principally Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the compute, storage, and network on which the Service runs;
- With the third-party systems you connect, as necessary to perform the operations you direct;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our Customers, the public, or Agentic Ventures, LLC; and
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
6. Data storage and security
The Service runs on Cloudflare's global network. Connection credentials are encrypted, authorization and audit are enforced server-side, and credentials are never disclosed to the AI agents that use the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we process.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain account information, connection credentials, and audit records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can disconnect any connected system at any time, which revokes the Service's stored access to it. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@splicewire.ai; we will delete or de-identify it except where we are required to retain it.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@splicewire.ai.
9. International data transfers
The Service operates on globally distributed infrastructure, and information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you are located. We take steps designed to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to Customers as appropriate.
